Can you bargain to drive their car home for them? Or is it that you want to leave and they don't yet?
Home is nice. Very nice, actually, for a coupla days and then it's just so-so again. I'm sorry the distance makes it harder for you to come for shorter spans.
Growing up? sounds cryptic, so I'm not sure which direction to respond. Let me (or any of us) know if we can be a sounding board.
If I had the money to do everything I wanted, I'd lose my priorities. I wouldn't be able to decide what to do with it. Would you rather split your money into "buckets" that fill slowly toward each of those goals, or pick one and achieve it faster? Could you creatively compromise and fill more than one goal at the same time? For example, aim not for Africa but for leading a Sierra Service Project group from church, being the driver (in your new-to-you car) in exchange for having your fare paid? I'm not sure which parts of your goals you want to compromise on, that's just a sample idea.
