about 2 and a half weeks ago, my brother was taking a bicycle ride in santa cruz on hwy 1. some dumb ass pulled a u-turn in front of colin, and hit him. only after verifying that my brother was alive, he took off, which classified it as a hit and run. colin had a broken collar bone, a cracked pelvis, and some broken ribs
