It turns out that Grama had a blood clot in the frontal lobe of her brain. They say it should go away. And they hope that is why she's turned mute. And hopefully why she has been forgetting people.

So here's hoping.

There's this whiny girl in my class who you just want to strangle just to make her shut up. Her boyfriend lives in California (hello irony) and he's in the army. And she doesn't see him ever. I was sitting in my car, alone, at 9pm outside of my work. I was waiting for some friends to get off work so that we could hang out at Applebees. Well. It is so cold out!! -9 degrees, but with the wind it's supposed to feel like -30 degrees! Be careful if you go out tonight!

On the 15th, Amy and I went to the boys swim meet. . . AND THEY WON!!! Oh man, it was so close! They were tied by the time it got to the 100 backstroke. Soooooooo close! I went to Walgreens today to get a prescription filled, and there were two older gentleman sitting in the waiting area. One of the guys randomly pointed to his ankle brace, and said "severed tendon", 4 months ago". The other guy sort of looks at him for a few seconds, not really knowing what to say.
