the thing i didn't put in here earlier was that while skye and i were walking down the street, mrs. schneider slowed down and passed us. it was pretty funny. we were like, oh my god, what if she follows us to dunkin' donuts?!
well, i came home and talked to nick for a while. nick's an old friend from when i lived in pennsylvania.

Mazn****: so what's going down out over in mass?
juici papaya: nothing really
Mazn****: well besides those idiots passing gay marriages on my birthday
juici papaya: idiots?
Mazn****: ok...non idiots
juici papaya: are you homophobic?
Mazn****: not homophobic
juici papaya: are you against gay marriage?
Mazn****: just get the chills a a bit thinking about a kid with 2 dads
Mazn****: not against
Mazn****: it's just....diffferent
Mazn****: well put it this way
Mazn****: it's something i didn't expect to be passed on my birthday
juici papaya: it had to be passed on somebody's birthday. and it wasn't just your birthday it was passed on. there are thousands of other people with the exact same birthday.
Mazn****: yes true
Mazn****: what do you think about gay marriages?
juici papaya: i think that church and state are separate. if homosexuality is not a part of a certain church/religion, then gays shouldn't be married in that religion, but they should be allowed to get married in the government's eyes to get all of the benefits of marriage (taxes and health benefits) that straight couples receive.
Mazn****: true
Mazn****: but if you think about it, if the entire world was gay, we'd have no future generations
juici papaya: but that's the world's choice.
juici papaya: no one is forcing anyone else to be gay.
juici papaya: i'm not saying to you, be gay or else.
juici papaya: and the government shouldn't say, be straight or else you can't gain the tax benefits and health benefits that straight couples get.
Mazn****: yeah i guess
Mazn****: but to set things straight, you're not gay are you?
juici papaya: no

i think i won that debate. i should join the debate team. but just because i stand up for gay rights, why does that make people think i must be gay or something? and how many more people think i'm gay because i think they have rights like the rest of society?
