Bulova is coming out with a new line of watches around October called Precisionist. It's a new technology of quartz movement with an extra crystal. They have a continuous sweeping second hand! Prices range from $300- $1000 though (with only mineral crystal instead of sapphire crystal over the face). The models $600+ do seem to sport diamond markers
