Ratings
Cover: 10/10
I love the cover. The chick is pretty, mysterious, and of course I love green.
Characters: 6/10
You get to like a character, and then oh, he dies. Or pops out a kid, and then you listen to the kid and forget about the mother. What the hell is that? I hated most of the women, though some were interesting.
Story: 6/10
Predictable, unbelievable, boring at some points. It started off well, and then went into the shitter. Also, if it's advocating woman power, it really really insults us.
Ending: -/10
I didn't finish it. It became lame, jumpy, and boring. I just returned it to the library.
Overall Thoughts 6/10
The beginning was good-no great- but then it all turned to crap. For one thing, I can't relate to a woman worrying about her kid. I have no idea what it's like to have a baby inside my womb, or have it grow up. That's for older audiences. But this book wasn't made for older audiences, because the writing is simple, characters are simple, and only stupid older audiences could read this. Not sure they want to.
That reminds me, I opened this book and a picture of Kelly Young from Grad fell out. Looks like she only got to the middle of the book as well.
