I haven't seen part 1 of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, and I'm not sure I will... every time an ad plays on tv for part 2 I get vaguely sad and definitely nostalgic. Earlier this month my husband and I moved from NYC to Rochester, NY and the change in our quality of life is already exponential. A few weeks ago we went to the Lilac Festival to see the lilacs bloom in the local park and to visit all the local businesses who set up booths and have funnel cake and snow cones and enjoy the start to the summer. Update on my life...
I post here so rarely now, it's amazing that I even remember how. Which is surprising because there are at least 5 LJ Communities I read on a daily basis. Though admittedly that's because I get a lot of down time at work and I've recently invested in a Blackberry.

My hair is short.
Usually I wear my hair long in the summer, but it's short now and it'll be short for a while. Back in November I cut it so short that the stylist used clippers to shave it down in the back. It looked cute on me, but I miss my sexy long hair. So now I'm growing it back out. It's a slow process ( Read more... )
