ok, first: I think you can do this in others versions of Photoshop. idk, lol. try it and let me know :D
[ 1 ] get your base. this time, mine is Dean Fucking Hot Winchester ♥
[ 2 ] duplicate your base and go to image > adj > desaturate (shift + ctrl + u):
[ 3 ] duplicate your base and put on top. set to screen, 100%:
[ 4 ] duplicate your base and put on top. set to screen, 100%: (yep, again)
[ 5 ] duplicate your base and put on top. set to soft light, 100%:
[ 6 ] create a new layer (shift + ctrl + n), and fill it with #F7DDDD and set it to color burn 81%:
[ 7 ] create a new hue/saturation layer. saturation: +20:
[ 8 ] create a new hue/saturation layer. saturation: +20: (again... xD but if you want, you can skip this step. but i like my stuff really colored.)
[ 9 ] new selective color layer (layer > new adj. layer > selective color):
r: -23, 8, 0, 8
y: 18, 6, 36, 17
m: 0, 100, 0, 0
b: 0, 0, 0, 18
{you can stop here! the next few steps will turn in black and white!}
[ 10 ] create a new layer, and fill it with #000000, set it to hue 100%:
[ 11 ] create a new levels layer (layer > new adj. layer > levels): {levels = my life lol}
input: 40 - 1,00 - 255
[ 12 ] create a new levels layer (layer > new adj. layer > levels):
input: 20 - 1,00 - 255
and TA-DA! you got it \o/ but go crazy: write something in, use textures... :D
PLEASE LET ME SEE YOUR RESULTS! it's the fun part of writing tutorials :DDDDD
