Also if you want to hear versions of the new songs they have them at annabegins.com - they are not the versions that will be on the album but they are still the same songs. Very cool

In 2002 America (AKA Clear Channel's bitch), it's basically impossible to make a living playing music if you don't use the media wisely. If licensing your music to be used in commercials allows you to make the music you want, to be creative and experiemental without worrying if you'll ever be heard, then so be it. Look at Moby, look at Sting--They make music a thousand times better than what shows up on MTV and what gets played on the radio, and yet people criticize them for being smart and working with what they have :b
(And they play American Girls on my fun, quirky little radio station all the time. It's fabulous, surprise surprise.)
