She's very protective of her 'sis'. But at the same time Ahn is completely different than Jul and she's rather an awe of that.

haiiro_na_ryuu - Nice kid.. she guesses. She really doesn't understand him at all and now that she knows he's friends with Jesse she basically avoids him. Which isn't that hard to do..

anora_bee - Anora is something of an Oddity to Jul. She is girly and talks to boys and stuff and that's just NOT Jul. She secretly envies Anora and her abilities and her relationship with her brother. The first couple of years it was really hard for Jul to talk to Anora but in second year Jul got over it and they at least talk now. Jul is sad about the whole Hannah thing but started to wonder if Anora was ever really friends with her.
maggiedowney - ((...))Her closest friend ever since they were seated next to each other after being sorted. She shares everything with Maggie, and counts on her alot. There was a small rift when Maggie made the quidditch team there 4th year and Jul didn't but Jul never thought that her friend beat her and blamed Remy instead. Now her new relationship with there best friend Tybalt is freaking her out in some serious ways. She'd doesn't want to lose him like she lost Remy. In the end Maggie and her are extensions of each other filling in when one cannot (such as classes and relationships...)
francesly - She honestly can't believe that she's JFK's sister..still. after 5 years. Sometimes they've gotten along, but most times Jul doesn't understand her and so she basically keeps to herself when Frankie is around.
derek_bly - Since the whole Derek-Hannah debacle Derek hasn't spoken to Jul once and that's the part that really kills her. She still believes she was/is right and of course won't apologize for anything. But she still misses hanging out with a friend that gets all of her craziness.
timashford - tim is quiet and jul is too.. they don't talk much but Jul likes him
atticus_cartier - she of course thinks he's cute but he's really claw-like and probably hasn't responded well to Jul's emotional actions of the past couple years. So she is still pretty shy around him..
bookwormbri - She used to hate Bri but now they are pretty close friends after she came back from Durmstrang. Being her tutor doesn't hurt either and Bri's probably the closest thing to a BFF now at Hogwarts
hannah_salix - Hannah and Jul are never just friends. They are either mad at each other or BFFs. Even when they are mad at each other Jul still cares about Hannah a great deal but she'd never tell Hannah that. Since "the fight" Jul has felt pretty alone in the world but still refuses to apologize (since she doesn't think she was wrong..)
museofvirgo - Laila is pretty much an enigma. Jul is pretty shy around strangers and there hasn't been a lot of real interaction between the two of them...
sweetandhoney - Pretty good friends. She started hanging out with Bec's when she started hanging out with Derek and they are pretty close.. at times... they kinda go in cycles about getting busy then hanging out tons.
illyria_cartier - She's definitely someone Jul gets nervous around. Girls that seem really confident and responsible and grown up make her very aware of her shortcomings.
blackguardboyko - that boy is.. wow... she stays away
jacobtheninja - Jacob is pretty fun to hang out with, and he's just one of the boys, and kinda let her be one of the boys too. So while they aren't best mates she considers him a pretty good friend.
williamfarley - okay..seems...uppity..but he's friends with Bri so he should be okay.
camilla_lee - OMG ALL THE GIRLY SCARES HER. really. alot. Camilla is just everything that Jul has never dealt with in her life and just too much and Jul can't handle it.
eh_dorminson - yeah.. they pretty much hate each other after some insults surrounding purebloods and prefect badges
venusrefined - Tegan seems really nice, a bit shy but so is Jul with strangers. They've talked a couple times in classes and stuff but probably never really hung out much.
tobias_kinsella - COMPLETE AND UTTER HATE OF HIM. She can't even think of him without clenching her fists.
carlisler - someone Jul just avoids. He seems kinda typical slytherin and Jul doesn't try very hard to look past stereotypes.. especially with people that look like they could kill her with a glance
oliviarosenberg - .. avoiding the slytherin girls seems like the general rule here. she's never had good moments with any of them

barrett_b - ((i know he's an npc.. so what)) adorable, jul likes him more and has gotten over being intimidated since he's joined the quidditch team
jesse_martin - Jesse is someone that Jul is forever linked to. And she hates that now. He is what she considers her first love and he's rejected her. They have a long history and now it's all ending and she doesn't know what to do without him in her life but she won't admit that to anyone..not even Mags.
romeo_remy - Remy...remy remy remy... um. Jul used to have the biggest crush on him ever. Then he went and dated her best friend and forgot about her. Then they broke up and Jul just hated him. Then Mags got over it so Jul supposed she should too. Then Remy went and told Gavin about Jesse and her. So now Jul hates him again. ...no one understands it either. And then she got over that too. But now Remy just picks on her all the time so she tries to just avoid him in general.
zak_reso - Zak is someone Jul thought she was only friends with cause Mags was friends with him but has gotten closer to him as time has gone on. Of course there was that time she punched him cause she thought Jesse left her for him but they've gotten better again since they both are obsessed with quidditch this year. She doesn't hang out with him as much as before but she's moved on from her anger towards him.
cece_pallas - Sweet. Jul likes her bunches and they have fun at quidditch practice. She feels weird having real convos with her but mostly because she doesn't want people to think she's depressed all the time.
raeganpatrick - Jul likes Raegan alot, especially when she was younger; she totally idolized her and tried to be as cool as she was.
st_jamesplace - Emily is cool and Jul mostly knows her through David
jamie_kendrick - he's that claw beater right? yeahh.. she steers clear of him.

Now that Mags and Tyb are dating Jul tries to give them more space but Tybs won't hear of it and searches out Jul to make her feel welcome (which Jul is grateful for).
punkervon - really cool guy that seemed encouraged Jul and she likes him a lot for that
jack_martin - Jack is like..one of Jul's first crushes. Add to that the fact that the team of brothers basically took her in as family while they were all at hogwarts and she just about adores him. Of course she got over her crush (okay, not really) and now just thinks of him as a friend that will always be there. Of course now that she 'hates' Jesse she hasn't seen Jack all that much but uh.. yeah.
