I am on holidays on the NSW north coast with many other lovely fangirls. I've also very cleverly gotten horribly sick for three days and then, after finally getting over that, breaking my toe this morning. Have to agree with ING. I've been using their savings account for years and have never had a problem. I will say that my day to day is with St George and I've had calls from them regarding unusual spending. Which was very comforting. Even though, in the cases they've called me, the spending was mine. The calls were also usually within a day.

I'm with St George currently, but I'm very interested in hearing this about ING as I do pretty much all my banking online. Thanks for the life rec.

You can do it by mail or at Australia Post. I've only had to do it once in about four years so I'm not too bothered by it.
