So I should probably post about pretty much the only fannish show I've managed to watch all year, which is Teen Wolf. I've been half hating it and half loving it and mostly not knowing what to think about it and reading a lot of fic. As you do, for 90% of fannish TV shows. I've just been catching up on season 3 of Teen Wolf. I love the cast. Jeff Davis is a terrible writer. You can tell he's trying to tell one story, but something entirely different is happening on screen and it makes no sense.

Also, the fact that the whole story so far is just 7-8 months with a 4 month break in between...

It's like he's counting on the show being cancelled next season. At this rate they're all going to be 40 by the time it's senior year.

On the other hand. Love a lot of the fanfic. And there's a lot of eye candy.

I have a whole post I need to write about why I'm so conflicted about Teen Wolf. But yeah, it's like what's in his head is now what's coming off on the screen, and sometimes it's really like he's not thinking past the current episode.

Sometimes I think the parents (and maybe Scott and Stiles) are the only characters that are allowed to have any integrity or consistency. Like, I want to love Lydia and Allison and everybody else but they're so all over the place, it's hard to form a mental picture that holds up.
