Hi all! Happy Friday to you. It's a snowy one here in CT - no school for the kids. That's a bizarre week for them - early dismissal Monday and Tuesday, late opening Wednesday and Thursday, and no school today. Stupid winter - it should just go away. After all, spring starts tomorrow, right ( Read more... )

So much snow this late in the season is amazing -- lucky kids getting so many days off this week. And I'm excited and jealous about your upcoming trip to see the man and Cass and Gamiila. You'll have to post full reports everyday and loads of pics to satisfy my curiosity! Have a great weekend, chica.

Hi Tia!! ((hug)) Thanks for stopping by. You have a great weekend as well.

Yeah, I am mightily tired of the snow. It's just enough to make the driving interesting, and mess up our schedules, but then it's all melty and icky, no fun for skiing or anything like that. The kids, though, are appreciating it ;-)

As far as MR, we will have to see about posting while we're there. I don't have a laptop, but maybe there will be something at the resort to do that. And yeah, I'm really psyched about getting together with Cass and Gamiila, and seeing James again. We're going to make a James sandwich in our picture, because all three of us are going to be in it together with him lol! That should be a hoot to see the finished product!

Congrats on the Silver Wedding. Chateau Lafayette looks wonderful, what with the Regrettably, no accommodations for children. Who wants them there on an anniversary? MWNN and I celebrated our 35th in Paris, March 1st. Fingers crossed that you have as wonderful a time as we had.

Make sure calove gets ASH's autograph for me. So, so jealous, I'm never going to get the chance to meet him or JM now.

Hi 'Devil! ((hug)) Thank you too for stopping by. And happy belated 35th anniversary! That's wonderful! And as I recall, you did have a good time in Paris, didn't you? I didn't realize what the occasion was.

Yeah, I am very much looking forward to the getaway weekend. And thankfully, my parents will watch our son for us while we go. The place does look lovely, doesn't it?

I was trying to win a ticket to a private party with ASH on the Friday night of MR, but I didn't qualify, sadly. I'm sure one of us will be able to get ASH's autograph for you - I did it last year for a friend of mine who just adores him. He is a really funny, sweet man in person. Have a good weekend!

Like I'd forget! I'll even hug him for you, if you like.

Oh a virtual hug - just what I need right now, I've done my back in. I'm sending you a pic with both ASH and JM on it, so, if you get a chance . . . .

The only worry I have is that the background is a bit dark so I don't know what colour pen will show up best on it.

Oh, lovely romantic weekend for you and Ron! I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time, but don't wear yourself out for the Jamesfest, now, will you ;-)?

Hope the snow has let up and the spring has arrived for you. It arrived here - sunshine, showers and March winds to stir those dancing daffodils!
