First of all, the new icon I got from Lauren/JoantheImperialSlayer on the MR board. It's pretty nifty, and I am glad she posted it - thanks to her ( Read more... )

Congrats on the weight loss - you should be proud :)

And I agree on DeKnight. He has about the best grasp of Spike of any writer. He shoudl write every episode, starting now.

22 Pounds! Well done! Will there be anything of you left by the time and Cass and I get to your far distant shore?

I like your new icon...it's funny; I've just been watching Buffy Season 1 and DB has definitely filled out since then!

The Angel whines about Spike icon you're using? You picked it up where? I'm just curious because I actually made that one, and had no idea it was being circulated like something worthy of being circulated :) Not that I care or need credit. I'm just curious.

I got it from Lauren, who posts as "JoantheImperialSlayer" in the Moonlight Rising forum. She said that someone had made it for her, I think, but she didn't say who that was. I'd be happy to credit the icon to you, Nyxie - it's just great! Or if you'd rather I'd not use it any more, just say the word, and I will understand :-)

Did you do it in Paint Shop Pro? Or Photoshop?

Oh no, I don't need credit :) My icons are up for grabs to everyone on my icons site, http://www.themirrorsedge.com/icons - no credit necessary. I was just kind of surprised that it had become so circulated. Interesting that she said someone made it for her. I'm not one to get upset about such things at all, but it always surprises me when stuff like that happens.

I made it in Photoshop, then animated it with Gif Movie Gear, which was before I knew that I could do it with Adobe ImageReady, which is what I use now. Anyway, have fun with it! It's one of my most favorite. And thanks for letting me know. My curiosity has been satisfied :)

I stand corrected :-) I just looked at my original correspondence with Lauren about the icon, and she said that was an "anonymous pic", and she didn't know who had made it.

Glad to satisfy your curiosity - I am going to check out your site, and will ask if I see anything I like.

I have to play with Paint Shop Pro and Animation Shop to make some icons of my own. But thanks for making yours available!
