i was a big girl today. i went to get a TB test, and pretended not to be scared. it mostly worked, and my anxiety was probably the lowest it's ever been. i was more eager to get out of the office to prevent getting sick than i was to get the shot. however, i did not even recieve a "you did good" or get a sticker...so that was a bummer ( Read more... )

i <3 it.

so far, i've got 3 reasons why baton rouge is okay

1. the weather is nice at night
2. there is a place for me to keep busy and volunteer
3. i have three people i can hang out with

lame.

i just invented the BEST SNACK ever.

here it is:

top a rosemary and olive oil triscuit with provelone cheese and southwestern spiced turkey breast. melt in microwave for 10 seconds, then add a bit of olive salad on top each.

i could live off of these for the rest of my life, i think.

really, you should try it.
