Tired already

We've picked a realtor and are now in the frenzied stages of getting the house ready. So far the list includes sand/re-stain/seal the decks, re-paint the front bath and kitchen/dining room, replace all the bathroom fixtures, move the kitchen light to the laundry room and replace the kitchen light, take a few more things to storage, buy a new fridge
