Contracts ratified, inspections done, no major inspection issues found on either side. Appraisal complete on our house, awaiting on the new house (but not worried). Overall things feel slightly more stable and definite

or you could just leave most of your stuff packed up & come down w/minimal accoutrements & live in a tent or something... :)

Yeah, we've been trying to figure out how to make it work but haven't come w/ anything yet that isn't a crazy schedule or put too much more stress on Josh/Frankie.

You dont need to unpack on the 3rd? Who needs stuff in the house when you're in Raleigh? Pull your stuff out of storage after OTP! :)

We have to be there on the 3rd to let the movers in and supervise to make sure they don't damage the house or our stuff. Hence the problem.
