So went along to physio appointment and 30 hours later was having surgery on my spine

To be honest, I couldn't believe you were hobbling around just days after the surgery - you're made of strong stuff!

managing a lil up and sitting about so get to go down to k tmrw, dreading physio 1st walking through hospital maze harder than any exercises

that has kind of happened today- taking out clamps was extreme pain and not thinking I'll be off bed at all today :(
