Oops, did this last Monday night (17th) then forgot to finish it
New version of choke: Clinch then grab for choke with right hand (but move hand to other side of person's head first).
Can't remember if this was on the same night but: If a person you've grabbed for a choke sits down on the ground and you still want to choke them out, keep a hold of their neck with your right arm, come around with your left under their left and grab your right wrist with a gable grip. Haul them back up to their feet, stepping back a bit as you do so. Unless they're really stubborn and/or heavy, you'll be able to manage it. Also, it's reasonably natural for someone to actually unintentionally "help" you by trying to stand up as you start bringing them back to your feet.
Handling two attackers:
Did escaping from two people when in a corner (clothesline choke works very well for this).
When grabbed from behind (two people - one in front as well), cover-OS, push kick, then step wide to the right and bring left leg around to tangle grabbing person's leg. Grab trousers and lift the person up, then drop. Run! Don't forget to twist around 90 deg. to the right when lifting the person so I can dump them in front of my other attacker.
Ver. 2: OS-cover-push-kick, spin clockwise around the person, grab person's ankle (cup) with hand and pull up. Person falls down (behind me). Run!
Ver. 3: OS-cover-push-kick,Grab person's right wrist (not clothes!) with left hand. Try to force right hand into elbow crook on right side. Twist left, then quickly right and take the opportunity to thread right hand through now-opened elbow-crook gap. At this point I should be able to grab my own wrist, figure 4, and keep twisting to the right, bringing their arm behind their back. From there, knee, shove, break arm, whatever... and run!
I'm getting a lot better at adlib-ing something I've just been shown rather than having to focus on trying to remember it. Some of this is just that I'm getting more used to Shooto & BJJ I think, but it's also me trusting my own subconscious/memory more. This is good, especially seeing as I was actually hindering myself to an extent by concentrating on things too much.
