So when I dropped the car off Wednesday, they told me they would order the part (from California) and that I'd have it ready Friday, worst case Monday. So on Monday afternoon, I called to ask about the status. "My" repair guy told me he'd check, and call me right back. An hour later, I called him again, and he told me he "hadn't gotten to it yet,
