if you had an "instant therapy list" what would be on it?

what wakes you up/calms you down/clears your head/ 'makes you feel good'

Watching a wild brown trout rise to my homemade fly, take it into it's slippery mouth, and turn quickly to the left. Then the flick of my right wrist and there is nothing between me and the flowing creek but fourteen feet of white line.

You can yell and scream all of the time, write anything you feel, enjoy the carnal pleasures of life, but nothing rejuvenates like the earth. Why do we always cry when we are upset, "I have to get out of this place!"? The answer is an innate human disposition to confinement. Walls separate you from the world spinning all around you. And it's amongst the trees and the ferns and the wildflowers that you can find a certain kind of romantic peace.

It took me until this morning (December the 16th) to figure this out but I've got it:

Market Spice Tea (I'll send you some, I promise)
Alexi Murdoch- Orange Sky (song)
Cranberry bread
Clean underwear
Watching to sky evolve from black
Driving through the desert (Santa Fe especially)
musicplasma.com
Riding your bike
