lol yeah, I know. I've been so busy! I need to send you my CD, though nowadays, I feel like it's really not good at all (my voice has been improving like crazy). Sorry for being so remiss about sending it to you.

I wholeheartedly agree with your thoughts on friendship. I care so deeply about my friends and yearn for them to be lifelong that when one of them seems to follow are more "American" way of being friends, it really upsets me. Maybe I should just come along to Russia with you.

LOL I would definitely take you to Russia with me if it made sense logistically (although maybe we could figure something out after we meet up at Tufts, if you want). It's good to know that I'm not alone in feeling this way or yearning for that kind of friendship.

Yeah, I really think that I made the right choice. I hope I don't come to regret it.

I have no idea how long I'll stay--it depends on how my dad is feeling and how I feel being there for a while, etc. Yeah, getting a Visa to go to Russia is ridiculously hard for some reason. It's the only country whose borders are not open to Americans. Go figure!
