You have been really fortuante to be able to have a life that you can enjoy, but you have to remember that that is not always the case for everyone else. More people are unhappy about life/job etc than are happy.
If i had the weekends off, id be calling it happy friday too..shit :-p

Please don't think that I don't know how fortunate I am, and please don't think that I am ignorant of the fact that there are a multitude of people who need a constant job. (my family and I are kinda in this group right now. (although I don't plan to be in this group forever)
What I meant was that for those who DO have the choice or the opportunity, why don't they take it? why do they settle? or, like i questioned before, Maybe it isn't settling? Maybe some people are just happy in this type of work??? and if they are...that's okay too. I just don't understand it, and I was trying to understand it...or at least get the point of view of someone who is happy in this line of work.
okay...I hope i am understood. Internet communication is quite difficult.

anyway...what i was trying to say (more eloquently, i might add) was that yes, after i commented to your first comment, i went back and re-read what i wrote, and it did sound a bit snobby. oh well. I guess that's what i get for trying to convey my thoughts on LJ (and trying to convey them quickly cus I was at work.)

i guess if that did happen it wouldn't be terrible. I can usually find the happiness in a situation, and I'm sure that that *hypothetical* situation will be the same.
and PLEASE! I won't be in a cube. I will have an office. Like Carol's (Adelina's boss) or like one of the CEO's. If I'm gonna be in an office job, I better be super-well paid!
