OMG!! I'm on holiday now....

I'm off school for six weeks and I'm so fucking glad to get out of that place!!! it has really pissed me off in the last few months.

It's 2am here and I should go to bed but I'm busy typing and yawning away, Karl will probably come home tomorrow morning to find me slumped over the puter and he will then tell me off, so I ( Read more... )

enjoy the holiday- you sure need it.

i suggest sleep ins, finding the perfect wine by sampling the entire range many times, watching some good movies, deciding on the ultimate till picture for your desktop,discover new chocolate and give mutter a big hug from me.

YEAH HOLIDAY

Take it easy, just let things come as they do, enjoy the full 6 weeks.

Try to keep cool, watch lots of pics and vids and see you at the BBQ in August.

I intend to take things easy...in fact so easy I may not want to go back in September.....I'm so looking forward to August, I've got lots of hugs to give you including one from Poogie!

It will go by so fast...it always does!
Starting tomorrow I'm tidying the Rammcave, I will be able to do it better with the help of a nice little German number (wine or bloke - take your pick).

Yes, holidays always go too fast. But give yourself a few days of total relaxation.... and the rest of the time you can get some stuff done. Although I often find things like tidying my "cave" quite relaxing. Speaking of .... I need to get back on that!

I'm actually doing pretty well, ty. Have gotten some major financial issues worked out (almost) and I'm feeling optimistic. I've missed quite a bit of net time, it seems... hope to catch up a bit.

Glad you are feeling optimistic about the finances...I hate thinking about those things but it has to be done.

I'm also glad that you are doing ok at the moment..that's all we can do for the time being is to take one day at a time, it's the only way to cope, but we are giving Poogie the jitters with our sleeping patterns. Poor Poogie :)

Hhhmm! wine and bloke...well I have a nice German Kabinett in the cupboard and even though my bloke is English to the very core, his name's spelt the German way...I suppose he'll do, BUT he's generally more of a hindrance than a help!

Six weeks holiday! You are so lucky! Maybe I should have done my PGCE after all... just have to keep my fingers crossed for PhD funding instead so I can have the extra-long holidays that go with academia.

Still not heard anything from the funding people...when do you expect to hear?

If you teach you spend a lot of those six weeks doing school stuff any way...most are lucky to get 3 out of it to call their own.
