Hehehe, having a little fun with the color?

When I'm in a deep sleep, there could be an earthquake and I wouldn't know it! I love thunderstorms. We've had a couple this week, one being today. The one on Monday was so bad though - there are some people who STILL don't have power. That's no fun! Especially with the heat.

It has cooled off a bit though. It was around 100 degrees on Monday and Tuesday. Yuck!

I hope you feel better soon! I look forward to checking out those pics - haven't had any net time the past few days... But tonight is all mine! :))

Got bored with black! well it is summer, time for all the summery colours to come out.

those poor people, still no power - we don't realise how dependent we are on electricity until we lose it, we had a few flickers today so I turned the 'puters off, even though we have got surge protection sockets.

You will love the Tillchen pics and we can download them thanks to Kaereste putting them in a zip file. It's in Schlaggy's 3rd link.

They are lovely.

I was so worried on Monday and Tuesday about losing power at work. Unfortunately no matter what happens, the newspapers have to go out.... I was holding my breath when the computers started flickering!

Can't wait to spend some time checking out those pics. Just a few little chores to do (so it seems as if I'm not a complete lazy bum), then on to the pics!!

A cup of tea and some vegemite toast ..that is my good old remedy. I get those storm headaches as well..mongrels!

Yo get earthqyakes and tornados as well? HAH...that is sth I never expected !

OOhhhh...my name in Reise Reise colouring...niiice :). When Reise Reise came out I went and bought a few things in orange *rolls eyes* LOL

It is good to come across pics when you least expect it. Wish they were bigger, but I guess we have been rather spoilt of late. I was 'chuffed' also *giggles*
I'm glad Kaereste had the know how to save them.
Hard to imagine you guys having such hot weather...
I think this is one of our coldest winters...last night I had so many blankets and doona on but I still couldn't get warm. Might wear a beanie to bed tonight..haha..good look !

So you are on holidays...relax and have fun :)

Umm, what's doona?

So strange how it is cold for you now, but hot for me. Maybe you should have the Mr. wear the beanie.... hahahaha.... might turn you on. ;)

Doona = feathery quilt. Comprehende vous mon cherie? ( ooh..I lapsed into a foreign type language there)

I have 5 blankets plus the doona..plus my pjs and bedsox LOL!

If I got Axel to wear the beanie I may be tempted to pull it down over his face during the night. For the snoring ;)

You are in a real holiday mood, all the pretty colors ;)

We had two drops of rain and that was it , but in Amsterdam ( about 40 km away) it was pouring down, street got flooded over and big thunderstorm.

Well lucky me the thunderstorm passedby, I am really scared to them.

It is hard to sleep isn't it, sticky and humid.

I love thunderstorms mainly because then my horrible headache clears up....
Karl was very busy over the last few days at work becase the weather is causing havoc with the radio masts etc and yesterday the storm travelled all the way up through the middle of the country just where all the masts are situated, so he had a headache of different sort...poor love.

My sleep patterns are all over the place at the moment, it is very hard to sleep in this weather.

It is too hot!

Yesterday we had thunderstorms and loads of rain, but it didn't cool down at all. About 3am when we got a taxi home there was a really thick fog, but then this morning - sun, sun, sun! The weather is crazy.
