my teacher gave me an A- in the class but i got an A on this painting, which was the highest grade of the four i did...i guess i can be happy with that grade for being my first...and only painting class

Julie, you got the hair right on! It doesn't look exactly like you, but a version of you.. if that makes any sense. I think its really good for a first painting class portrait!

yeah that definately makes sense...in my drawing II class we did a self portrait. it came out pretty good and my teacher said it looks more like my twin than like me.
