Our first game was yesterday. I cannot explain in words just how exhilirating and amazing it was to be on the field in front of 30,000 people. I was so proud to be a bruin and even more proud to be surrounded by 250 spirited and dedicated people. It was one of the most wonderful feelings ever and now I know why I have spent the past 2 weeks in

i'm on colorguard...which is part of the marching band. we do the flag spinning and all that jazz while the band plays. it's really fun!

UCLA kicks SO much ass it's AWESOME! I love Bruins!! And the elderly alumni who played in the band back in ther college days and came back to play at the football game! And all the crazy fans! I LOVED that football game!!!!! And the old man, ex coach or something, who would rally everyone by going, "Every man, woman and child," and then tell us to rise and do the 8-clap or it didn't matter what he asked us to do, because it was so funny that he started every phrase with Every Man Woman and Child, and that most definately an awesome Saturday.
