As time goes by the DT training gets more intense.  We've done some pressure points, break falls, front rolls, mounting and shrimping, punching....I got clocked in the head a few times yesterday.  I blocked his shots so it was my hand that hit my head.  I know I've bruised a couple people with my arms when I come down on them like a hammer.
