Craziness...I can't believe it is already Thanksgiving! It seems like time, especially in the last week, has been going by so incredibly fast. I already ate an everything at like 12 since my mom went to work. It was kinda nice just to eat at home with my family even though they are crazy. Usually when we eat with big groups of friends people ask

That story sounds pretty sick. If I saw that for myself, I probably would be a vegetarian just because I would be grossed out. I would probably be a vegetarian now if it weren't for the fact that whenever you go somewhere and are served food, people give you meat assuming that you eat it. I don't go against my morals because of convenience though. I used to think that it was okay to eat meat because we were meant to, then I thought it's okay because animals would eat us without a second thought, if we were in their diet. Now I have a whole new view, that is a lot more logical. I could never be the person to actually kill an animal to be eaten (unless maybe if I were starving on an island in the middle of nowhere, because I am told that that makes people do things that they would not normally do), but I still eat it. It does seem kinda contradictory. Now my basic belief is that pleasure is good and pain is bad. So, if we raise animals so that they feel more pleasure than pain within their lifetime, it is moral to raise them for food
