it's nice that the freshman dorms at your school are right in the center of campus...the all-freshman complex that i lived in last year was kind of off to the side from the rest of campus, and everyone who didn't live there referred to it as "its own little third world country." which i thought was a bit off, because even third world countries are more civilized than that dorm complex was. still, did seem like an entirely different place sometimes.
