yep, only the people you have listed as friends can read your journal. even if they add you, if you're friends only they can't see your entries. and i'm not sure about this, but i think you can apply special filters to your friends list if you only want certain people on it to read a certain entry. hope this helps :)

if you make your entries friends only, only people who you have listed as a friend can read it.
