Hey lady! What have you been up to? Hope life is smooth and happy for you. I got my new camera and have taken a few shots...nothing great yet, but lots of fun. I'll probably be back in Chicago Thursday morning and will actually spend a few days just driving around taking pics. Last week I was down for a few days, but my batteries died and I didn't think to bring my charger! I guess I was playing with my camera too much and ran them down. Oh well. Hey, have you tried the Indie yet for sushi? You better! It's so good!!!! Rick

hi there rick! i haven't been up to much these days. work has been busy and the new boy in my life has been keeping me busy as well. but all is well and i am happy. i loved your pictures you posted earlier! how are you liking your new camera? i can't wait to take some pictures this winter. since it is my first. you have to keep sharing your pics! NO! i have not tried indie yet ... maybe next weekend i will give it a whirl. you can hold me to that one! so how are you doing? it has been a while again! i hope all is well, and will talk to you soon. julie

I'm glad all is well with you. Me too. And yes, I'm lovin the new camera. I just ordered a zoom lens for it, so I can do better portrait style shots, but finding people who will be comfortable with me taking their picture will probably be hard. And you'd better go to the Indie next weekend! My girl (Jolene) and I will probably be there...if you see us you'd better stop by and say hi! Actually, I want to try a new place on Devon, called the Viceroy Indian or something like that. It sounds interesting. And the job prospects are actually happening now, so it's only a matter of time before I'm living in Chicago! Probably by Christmas!! Wish me luck!! Anyway, so nice to hear from you again. I'll be back in Chicago Wednesday night, but can only stay till Sunday night this week...have to be back in Traverse City, Michigan for a jury trial Monday morn at 8am. Had two trials this week alone (the prosecutor hires me as an expert witness) so it keeps me busy. But I plan to head down and play. Talk to you later! Rick.
