Tomorrow will be my tenth day here- why am I even counting the days? It's like those movies you see with people on a stranded island, and the make marks inside a cave wall to keep track of time spent stranded. I don't really think I am that stranded though

i have lived in chicagoland my whole life, just moved back to the city (after living in the burbs for 2 years) last month (but i lived in the city in college). so maybe i can provide you with tips, etc about the city :)

and what do you mean by "chicago's idea of a beach?" just kidding. i've been to florida. i would think the same thing if i were you ;)
