also charged with planning a week long vacation to the outerbanks with 4 other couples/friends...been busy getting into my new religion thing, a new study group...not sure how I feel about all of it yet but it's fascinating so far...trying to simplify my life. Got a CD from Laura of a bunch of songs she stripped the vocals from - her old bands. My job? to put vocals to them. LOL. Yes, you people WILL hear my honking voice one day. I just like to create...with Laura in New Jersey for work and philly on the weekends, it doesnt' look like my fat ass will be on a stage any time soon, but just having the chance to create music is really cool. I've got so many ideas, 5 of the songs I've got ideas and tentative shit for already. I've got one called The Hipster and it's making me obsessed with it.
I know there's more..I'm jsut so tired and satisfied and had a great, great day working in the garden, rode my bike for some exercise, had a long talk with my neighbor as we went to the dog park with the pups, she's trying to get pregnant too...I seemed to connect with more women the past 3 days than I have in the past 3 years. It was such a shock, I completely forgot about a PIMP meeting tonight. Fuck!!! Know what I was doing at 8pm? Dishes. I *may* have had an apron on. But I'm not fuckin' admitting to anything.
But I got AI fixed and am plugging back in for my last week of work. Classes start next Monday, and my prenatal vitamins start this week too ;) Yup - had a doctor's appt on Friday, she says we should start ASAP...nothing's really stopping us.
