I saw this at
Ramblings on Romance Etc. who saw it at Book Binge thought I'd do it too! I'm still so new at romance, many of these are on my TBR list.
The ones I've read are in bold and the ones in the TBR pile are italicised.
(
Beware, very long list! )

I liked Susan Enoch's book very well. She has a similar feeling as Julia Quinn for me. It's been some time since I read them, though. These days I'm more into PNR and am totally hooked on the "In Death" books, mysteries with a heavy romantic streak and a wonderful leading couple. :)
And I think it's commentable that you are holding on on Lymond, since people usually LOVE it or leave it alltogether. Pawn was for me the hardest of all the books and it almost broke my heart. After that Checkmate is a much needed relief, although not light either.

(I posted a comment earlier from an old LJ account that I had created and then forgot about. So if you got another random message, sorry that was me.)
I've read all of Johanna Lindsey, Judith McNaught, Jude Devereux and Jayne Anne Krentz. I'm currently reading through all of Lisa Kleypas and I'm especially enjoying those Wallflower books.
Do you have any book recommendations of things that you particularly liked?

I also really like Scottish Highlander romances, Monica McCarty is good, as well as Karen Marie Moning, and of course, my favorite is Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series. Elizabeth Hoyt is good, and I loved Joanna Bourne's The Spymaster's Lady. I also really love Julie Garwoods Scottish medievals (my favorite is The Bride) - so many I love! Have fun reading!
