I'm 22 this year and I have no clue about life, money management etc, I can't even manage my clothes. I can barely cook and I'm just hopeless but I can't do these things because I'm so preoccupied just trying to be vaugly happy day to day. Motivation is a BIG problem with me and I guess with a lot of depressed people - all I'm trying to say is don't be so hard on yourself you are not useless.

Thank youxxxThat's really reassuring,I just can't be bothered to move sometimes like I'm completely exhausted just by thinking.I suppose I have depression and other mental problems to blame,but it makes me feel so guilty when I don't do uni work,I just feel useless and lazy.
