Sorry ladies, I missed our breakfast. I dont have a good excuse, the regular "I stayed up too late with hw and forgot to reset the alarm." I can be anywhere on time usually, as long as I wake up to do it, which just didnt happen this morning.

I'll make it up to you, I promise.

I decided that was way too vague.

I think I had a panic attack last night, and I have no idea what triggered it. I just started freaking out, so I laid on my bed for a really long time, and eventually I just fell asleep.

thats all.

I had a really strange night. It's amazing how much sleep can help things.

Its like I could read for ever and ever and still have more reading to do.
