Hey guys! I was thinking today that working out in the evening might not work for me. I did a yoga workout last night and was so sleepy so it made me doubt doing it again. Then this evening I did a combo workout of: 10 Minute Trainer - Abs, 10 Minute Trainer - Yoga Flex and 10 Minute Trainer - Cardio. I gotta say -- I'm feeling pretty darned
