“Did I deflower you?” she whispered, over her shoulder.

You made a sound, non committal. You didn’t like letting her win.

“Not this time, Bell.”

“Oh, my funny lover.” Her fingers stopped working. “Think we’ll go to hell, darling?”

“Not for this, Bell,” you say and she laughed.

Oh, I love this. And I don't think I've read Harry Potter fic in ages.

GOD, she screwed up/was perfect with Sirius, yes? I mean, giving the only sexy character zero romantic/sexual interaction resulted in a playground of the imagination.

I'm a bad bad person but I was picturing RDJ, not Gary Oldman?

I actually really like this. And being a filthy filthy person, I loved when he was being dirty about Voldemort. I died.

Oh and this bit--
Her fingers found your tie.

She pulled.

was perfect.

(You don’t see in him what everyone else does, you don’t see salvation, you see something you value more.

You see youth. Pure, unbridled foolish youth.)

I adore this. This interpretation of Sirius-- it's just too perfect.

And the second-person is always interesting.

The boy light up like his parents did but you’re too old for this, too old for this war and you know where your hell lies, part of you always has.

It lies beneath her feet.

Perfect and painfully, poetically true. I love the aesthetic of the family Black: all excess and decayed tatters of dignity. I also tend to love what comes of playing with second person, and this is excellent use of it.
