So, I'm a fraternal twin (I feel like it should be sororial or something because we are both girls, but we don't look very similar).

Interesting. I had never considered the Allegra D combination, but then again, I started having the nosebleeds this fall in conjunction with the corn harvest, and didn't notice the association with alcohol until sometime in November.

With my luck, it was probably both. I used to take claritin, but then it stopped working for me, much like sudafed did.

I definitely share your pain on the mold allergies.

Maybe as long as I treat the allergies, my immune system does a pretty good job at fighting off viruses/infection. I'm guessing that if I get really stressed and am having allergy issues, then I will probably get sick again.

It could also come down to the different ways the twin and I live/deal with stress. She is prone to panic attacks and late nights, while I try to plan ahead and tend to get the same amount of sleep every night. (although now that she is no longer in school, she seems to be getting more regular sleep).

Goal achieved. I definitely learned something from your response. Thank you!
