I got my first big solo project at work today. I'm supposed to present a draft proposal next wednesday for a site that would be able to handle live training sessions (the technical stuff is done elsewhere, I'd be setting up the portal end for trainers to set up the info about courses and participants to sign up, download material, etc) and ( Read more... )

Austin now. It's close-by still. You should come up here (otherwise you'll have to wait rather indefinitely until that far distant time known only as "when Julia has some money".

Seriously though, it's a two-and-a-half hour drive, and there's like, good live music and shit.

Austin's going to be hard for me - not so hard it can't happen, but in that sort of indeterminate/indefinite stage too (for me it's when 'mike has reasonable access to the car/money').
