And so I thought I would attempt to make you jealous by mentioning that I saw Tom Waits in concert in Louisville last month (and it was truly amazing).

I flew from Portland to Detroit to catch him in concert there. And I got to take my baby sister with me.

I wish my sister had better taste in music

Well it was worth a shot. It usually works since there were so few of us who were able to attend. I don't know how Detroit was, but the Louisville show was one of the best shows I have ever been to.
