This is the week that the PDX ballet practices in the park. They set up a stage and a bunch of folding chairs and all the cube monkeys can eat lunch while watching them practice. I love it.

In downtown Portland, there is "greenspace" between 8th & 9th for a couple miles. Depending on which side of Burnside you're on, it's the North Park blocks or the South Park blocks.
