I'm so retarded. I keep reading it over and over. I love how everything is worded.
On our wedding day, after all the stress from EVERYTHING and after all the goofy pointless arguments (over stupid little stuff, no doubt) we had, it was so nice to stand up in front of all these people with my HUSBAND and look at each other and hear those words being spoken.
I think my favorite line is, "May you look for things to praise, often say, 'I love you.', and take no notice of small faults." I think that is the key to marriage. :)

Nope...not for the wedding. :) It was my "this is all I feel like saying one year later" post.
That is a really great reading. I see why you chose it. We'll be having lots of readings since it's a Catholic ceremony.
We went dress shopping yesterday. I feel like the worst bride ever. I was totally ho hum about the whole thing. I didn't have an "I LOVE IT!" moment with anything. Everyone else loves this one dress and I like it, so that will probably be it.
oh, the permalump grows for sad things, happy things, inspiring things, maddening things... it's all there, waiting to leak out of my eyes for no reason at all. it was a very good quote. I quoted your quoting it. thanks for it.
we have DirecTV, so have been Spike-less, but have seen a few other good ones. sigh.
BUT, I'm a happy ROYAL retard because my momma is coming aaaalllllllllll the way from Louisiana to see me tomorrow. Aaaaaaah, I'm so excited. She is bringing me sausage and boudin.
Yeah, its pretty hard to find boudin in South Carolina. They just look at you like you're stupid.

Why are you a retard, ya big goof?
Yay for mom's visiting! mmm Boudin. Yeah...they don't get it. I made jambalaya one time for my suitemates in college and they almost died. I think they asked me to cook it on a weekly basis after that. haha

PS - I heard they are playing Spike Lee's documentary at 7 on Cox 10, if you haven't seen it. I'm about to go watch.

I'm sure you'll see it eventually. It was probably better that you didn't yesterday. It was very....intense.
