I'm sorry that you had to do that today. I know that is never fun, but it always makes us re-evaluate the things in front of us. It helps me to realize that I can't sweat the small stuff, to be thankful for what I have, and to make time for the things that are important. These are all things my best friend, Matt, told me before he passed away nearly 7 yrs ago.
