High-risk?

Just out of curiosity...considering I've developed heart issues (high heartrate, skipped beats, and SVT which is episodes of very high heartrate) and am on heart medication and have to see a cardiologist and all that, do you think I should be seeing a high-risk OB? I would say I think you should be with a high risk OB or at least have it known and have some sort of cardiologist on hand when you are having your C-Section (like double and triple check ahead of time the doc administering drugs knows of your heart problems) but if you are being seen on post (I don't know are you?) with military docs I'm just impressed you actually get a doctor. I had my last at Bragg and it was the worst experience ever I knew if we were to get pregnant again I would get off Tricare but thankfully we PCS'ed to a place that has no OB so I have to go off post to a real doctor who actually graduated from medical school - not Army school.

I would think so, but I'm not sure. I was confused because I was JUST referred to a perinatologist on Tuesday after dealing with pre-e scares for a little bit now. I still see my primary OB as well, just on alternating days. I would think they'd have you do the same, but I have no idea.
