My midwife appointment was, well, everything kind of went wrong except the actual appointment. Haha. It was scheduled for 11:30 this morning, and my ride was messed up and got to my house super early. I got to the birth center at 10:30, an hour early. Glad to hear everything is okay and no tornado hit.
I never watch the news or read the paper but I did Monday morning actually and seen what happened in Joplin, how scary.

I actually live in Springfield (which I suddenly just forgot how to spell? I've lived here my whole life!! Pregnancy brain stikes again!!!)

Yeah, we live in Kansas City. We lived in Springfield before we moved up here in January of last year. We lived there for about 2.5 years.

It's definitely not a good time to be living in MO, KS or OK, is it? My best friend wants us to move back to Oregon, where I'm from. She doesn't like us living in tornado alley like this.
