Remember when elections used to be about party platforms as opposed to seeing if you can pull a blanket over citizens' heads long enough to secure a victory? You are young, so young, and naive about elections. I guess Canada has enough imports from here to bring this on. Elections here are not about what that particular candidate CAN DO, but about his or her oppenents skeletons in their closets. "Mayor Quimby's revolving door prison policies let Sideshow Bob out. Paid for by Sideshow Bob, Candidate." Get it? Just tear down the opponent, get voted in, and then get the screweing started ( ... )
