Thanks for all the recs! I'm more of a canon/het person, so these aren't really up my alley... but Marco/Cassie has always intruiged me, so I'll probably check those out.

And no Jake/Cassie? :( A shame! It gives me a sudden yearning to write them... and pretty much all the other canon pairings. I'm such a canon whore. This is a great list though!

I've never really looked out for Jake/Cassie stories for some reason, though I'd be happy to read them if I came across some. I like them a lot as a canon ship - same with Rachel/Tobias. But yep, this is a fanon-heavy list!

I've gotta admit I've never really looked for J/C, either - T/R is probably the easiest to come across, followed by various slash pairings, but there's precious little J/C. Maybe I'll do a scavenger sometime if I get the chance :) (Or maybe I'll just write something myself...)

I think the only fandom I've ever been able to get into fanon with is HP, but that's because the HP fandom is such a different beast from the HP canon o___O; with most other stuff I can't shake the canon out of my head, I think.

Thank you so much for the recs! I'm quite partial to Marco/Rachel myself, so I really enjoyed reading those fics (and ZOMG, someone wrote Marco/Tobias! OSSUM xD)

Also, what you said about writing some meta about shipping in this fandom really intrigued me. I'd definitely read what you have to say on the subject if you ever plan on posting it! ^_^

I know! Seriously not one I would have thought of, but lizzypaul can sell just about anything. =)

I can't believe someone actually wrote Ax romance with the other Animorphs...I mean, to each their own but I guess Andalite/human still strikes me as wierd. I guess it has to be in human morph like Elfangor lol

Yeah, before I got back into online fandom this year I had never really thought about Animorphs in shippy terms. Marco seems to be the most paired, but there is quite a bit of Ax romance out there.
