"Our records indicate that your child is in need of Hepatitis B vaccination. When you have obtained written documentation, which shows compliance with the new regulation, please submit it to the school so that your child's records may be updated. Documentation must be received prior to September 1, 2003 in order for your child NOT to be excluded
